Sadako Kaku, 95, of Hilo died Aug. 19 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Paukaa, she was a retired seamstress for the former Hilo Hospital and member of Hilo Meishoin Fujinkai and Kyodan, Hilo Yoshimizuko, Hilo Hospital Retirees Club, Fukuoka Kenjinkai and Niigata Kenjinkai. Visitation 3-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Memorial service at 4 p.m. Burial noon Monday, Sept. 12, at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No 2. Casual attire. Survived by sons, Melvin (Floy) Kaku of Aiea, Oahu, Gary (Cynthia) Kaku and Earl (Gail) Kaku of Hilo; brother, Toshio Honma of Hilo; sisters, Myra (Larry) Kadooka of Hilo and April (James) Apana of Wailuku,
