Today marks a somber anniversary for the family of missing Hilo woman Marlo Moku. Last year, family members gathered in front of Walgreens to remember Moku, who was last seen Sept. 23, 2008 at the 7-Eleven on Kaumana Drive. She was 33 at the time. A devoted mother to her three children, her disappearance first was noted when she didn’t pick the kids up from school that day. Moku’s sister, Kawehi Moku, administers a Facebook page about the case, Missing Marlo Moku. Anyone with new information is asked to call the Hawaii Police Department.
