Alice “Dolly” “Nana” Dolores Siemons, 83, of Hilo died Sept. 28 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born on Oahu, she was homemaker who taught home decoration and quilting, volunteered at a variety of events and was a longtime blood donor. Private services. Interment with her late husband, Henry, at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
