Hironaga third at HSJGA event

Keaau’s Ethan Hironaga placed third at the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association’s Maui Junior Tour Series in the boys 13-14 age division at Kapalua Golf Course on Maui.

The freshman shot a 26-over 88-82—170 total over the weekend to finish 21 shots back of Honolulu medalist Davis Lee (74-75—149). Hironaga was the only Big Island golfer to participate.
