Anna Derby Blackwell, 84, of Honolulu, formerly of Hawaii Island, died Oct. 18 at The Queen’s Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was executive director of Moanalua Garden Foundation, co-founder of the Prince Lot Hula Festival, a freelance writer and member of the Cooke Foundation Board. Memorial service 4 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 5) at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church in Makiki, Honolulu, Oahu. Aloha attire; no flowers.
