Police seeking a woman in a theft investigation.
At about 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 19, the woman in the surveillance image allegedly left a hair salon on the 100 block of East Puainako Street without paying for services. The suspect is believed to be in her early 20s, about 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, 150-160 pounds with a large build. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, brown shorts and slippers.
Anyone who knows her identity is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
