Police have arrested a 38-year-old woman who allegedly left a Hilo hair salon on Nov. 19 without paying for services.
Stephanie Paulo turned herself in to the Hilo police station at about noon Tuesday. She was charged with fourth-degree theft, given a Jan.3 court date and released on her own recognizance.
Police say Paulo was identified through public tips after police published a surveillance photo.
