Joseph Michael Loughery, 68, of Keaau died Dec. 17 at home. Born in Berkeley, Calif., he was a retired steamship agent for Williams Diamond Shipping in San Francisco. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 22) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Nanaimo Loughery of Keaau; daughter, Jireh Loughery of Keaau; sister, Maureen Canaris of Placerville, Calif.; nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.

The late Mabel Benevides Damasco is survived by, among others, sister, Eva Santos of Honolulu, and brother-in-law, Gilbert (Doris) Damasco of Hilo. Their names were omitted from an obituary published Sunday.
