A fire Thursday night destroyed an unpermitted house on Kaohuwalu Drive in Pahoa.
Four units responded to the 10 p.m. alarm to find the 15-by-30-foot structure engulfed in flames.
No one was home at the time and no injuries were reported.
Damages are estimated at $10,000. The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined.
