Mana Mae Venable, 94, of Hilo died Jan. 26. She was a retired transportation clerk for the U.S. Army at Kilauea Military Reservation, seasonal worker H&R Block, U.S. Marine Corps Women’s Reserve veteran, member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Lutheran Womens Missionary League and square dancer. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Friday (Feb. 3) at Christ Lutheran Church, 595 Kapiolani St. in Hilo. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2.
