Rowena Hanako Inaba, 64, of Holualoa died March 2 at home. Born in Kealakekua, she was a court clerk and member of Daifukuji Soto Mission and various Kona bowling clubs. Visitation 2-3 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at Daifukuji Soto Mission in Honalo. Memorial service at 3 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Survived by companion, Michael Patten of Holualoa; mother, Yayoko Inaba of Holualoa; brother, Don (Kawehi) Inaba of Kohanaiki; sisters, Georgene (Al Burkart) Inaba of Portland, Ore., and Ann Inaba of Holualoa; aunts and uncles, a niece, two nephews, cousins. James “Jimmy” M.O. Luke, 79, of Hawi died Jan. 7 in Honolulu. Born in Kohala, he was a principal in the Luke family business.
