Makua Lani’s Matthew Rosato and Waiakea’s Isaiah Kanno came in at 73, Hilo’s Riley Kaneshiro was at 75, and Waiakea’s Shon Katahira and Kamehameha Pono Yanagi were another shot back.

The final round will be contested Tuesday with 18 holes at Mauna Kea.

In the girls field, Waiakea’s Mari Ebersole held a two-shot lead after a 79, while Waiakea’s Kaley Ann Saludares, the two-time defending champion, had work to do after an 85.

Waiakea’s Tia Kualii shot 81 and was in second place, and teammate Kaelyn Uchida was at 83.
