Tsutaye Higuchi Nonaka, 94, of Hilo died April 2 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Makawao, Maui, she was a worker at the Amano Fish Cake Factory and a member of the Tenrikyo Hilo Church. Demetrio Del Rosario Viacrusis, 80, of Keaau died April 27 at the Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. Born in Olongapo City, the Philippines, he was a retired stevedore and warehouseman.
