Patricia Collins, 90, of Hilo, formerly of Incline Village, Nev., died April 28 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Superior, Neb., she was a retired registered nurse in San Jose, Calif., a PEO member and an active lifelong member of Presbyterian churches.
