The fee bump is the last scheduled increase as part of a three-year plan.
Additionally, the fee for bicyclists and pedestrians will increase from $10 to $12 and the motorcycle fee will be $20.
Commercial tour groups also are paying more. The fees for tour vans will be $25 plus $12 per person.
