Cyrus Justin Savage, 93, of Hilo died March 30 at home. Born in Newburyport, Mass., he was a retired construction foreman and supervisor for Jas. W. Glover, worked for the Alaska Railroad, where he met his wife, Ruth, was a World War II Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees) veteran, member of Hawaii Contractors Association and enjoyed golf and bicyling. No flowers; memorial donations to Hospice of Hilo. Survived by three children and two grandchildren.
