Jon Tatsumi Sakata, 62, of Holualoa died June 25 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was a bartender for Sheraton Kona Resort and Spa at Keauhou Bay, a waterman, television and movie actor and stuntman with credits including “Jurassic World,” “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,” “The Tempest,” “Predators,” “Tropic Thunder,” “The Rundown,” “Windtalkers” and Oceans Eleven,” and member of Screen Actors Guild/American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at Old Kona Airport Park Makaeo Events Pavilion. Celebration of life service at 10 a.m. Luncheon to follow. Casual attire; no flowers.
