Hale Nani Reintegration Center work-furlough inmate Spencer Feary left for work Monday morning and didn’t return at 8:30 p.m., as scheduled, to the facility, according to a written state Department of Public Safety statement.

Police were notified.
Feary, 30, is described as 5-foot-11, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was serving time for second-degree robbery and his next parole hearing was scheduled for October. He faces an additional possible escape charge when found.
Hale Nani, Hawaii Community Correctional Center’s reintegration program, is a dorm-style building located in Panaewa. Hale Nani offers offenders reintegration services and a work release program for sentenced inmates who will be released on the island of Hawaii.
