Alfreida Fumiko Fujita, 90, of Kailua-Kona died July 16 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Holualoa, she was a retired Hawaiian Airlines reservation agent, co-owner of Kimura Lauhala Shop, charter member of Kona Business and Professional Women’s Association, board member of Kona Coffee Cultural Festival, Kona Historical Society and Pulama ia Kona Heritage Preservation Council, and member of Kona Japanese Civic Association, Daifukuji Soto Mission, Yamaguchi Kenjin Kai and Kailua Shita Kumiai. Visitation 9:30-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at Daifukuji Soto Mission in Honalo. Service at 11 a.m. Casual attire; no flowers.
