Florence Frances Googins, 88, of Keaau died Aug. 15 at home. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired federal budget analyst. Services held. Survived by sons, Richard (Teri) Wooten of Colorado, Michael Forsythe of Kentucky, James (Kathy) Googins of Keaau and Irving (Marcela) Googins of California; daughters, Karen Brandi and Jane (Frank) Kier of Texas; brother, Donald (Louise) Mendonca of New Mexico; sister, Barbara Shores of New Mexico; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Marvin Thomas Harrison, 90, of Kailua-Kona died Aug. 15 at Kona Community Hospital.
