Police seek wanted Kona man

UPDATE: Dylan Joey Naope was taken into custody at 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hilo police station and booked on suspicion of terroristic threatening.

Police are asking the public for assistance in locating a 25-year-old Kailua-Kona wanted for questioning in several terroristic threatening cases.

Dylan Naope, who was last seen in the Hilo area, also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He’s described as 5-foot-8 and 165 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
