Mildred “Millie” Yachiyo Mukai, 89, of Hilo died Aug. 16 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Kona, she was retired from the county Meals on Wheels program and worked at the former family business, Fountainette. Visitation 4-5 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 13) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Adrian Raganit Pascual, 41, of Honolulu died Aug. 27 in Honolulu. Born in Hilo and raised in North Kohala, he was a U.S. Marine Corps sergeant, combat photographer and Iraq War veteran.
