Segundino “Dino” T. Yadao, 86, of Hilo died Aug. 27 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center in Hilo. Born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines, he was a retired self-employed papaya farmer and member of Hilo Iloko Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
