Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 46-year-old Rafael N. Davalos.
He’s described as 5 feet 5 inches, 145 pounds, unshaven, with short salt-and-pepper hair, and was last seen wearing a green 808 T-shirt, brown shorts and brown shoes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
