Henry Collins, 88, of Hilo, formerly of Sacramento, Calif., died Oct. 25 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in El Paso, Texas, he was a retired drug rehabilitation program director for the state of California, who walked his corgi dogs, Beau and Hilo Hattie, around Lili‘uokalani Park and hosted parties with Tahitian dancers.
