Man sought on warrant

Police are requesting the public’s assistance with locating a 25-year-old man wanted on an arrest warrant and for questioning in connection with ongoing investigations.

Justin Alan De Silva is described as part-Hawaiian, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 190 pounds with a tan complexion, brown eyes and short black hair. He’s thought to frequent the Kawaihae, Waikoloa and Kailua-Kona areas and is known to drive a white 2014 Toyota Tacoma with an extended cab and Hawaii license plate ZCJ824.

Anyone with information about De Silva’s whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311.
