George Brian Drummond, 91, of Honolulu died Dec. 5 in Kailua-Kona. Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, he was an advertising salesman for the former Honolulu Star-Bulletin and Honolulu Advertiser. Shawn Anthony Glowacz, 40, of Pahoa died Nov. 23. Born in Chicago, he was a mariner who worked as a first mate and had just received his captain’s certification from the Coast Guard. Services held.
