Police seek kidnapping suspects

Big Island police are seeking the public’s help in locating four suspects involved in an alleged kidnapping.

They are: Joshua Sosa, 25; Nicole Nasario, 26; Claude Carvalho, 32; and Paul Alisa, 34. The suspects were last seen driving a maroon 1998 Toyota Corolla, license plate No. HCD 702, with a missing or broken back window.

Police ask that anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals, who are considered armed and dangerous, to call the Police Department nonemergency line at 935-3311.
