Kenneth Roy Herrick, 78, of Vancouver, Wash., died Dec 29. Born in Chicago, he was a retired director of the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s Edwin H. Mookini Library, previously served on the library staff at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and was a board member of the Friends of Chamber Music in Portland, Ore.
