Police have apprehended a 58-year-old bank robbery suspect prosecutors say was apparently released by mistake Jan. 26 from Hawaii Community Correctional Center.
Anthony Louis Gover was arrested without incident at a business establishment in Hilo, police said.
He is being held without bail in the Hilo cellblock pending his initial appearance Wednesday afternoon in Hilo Circuit Court.
