Charges filed in Ocean View shootings

Police have charged a 64-year-old man accused of the non-fatal shootings of two men Monday night in Ocean View.
Albert Walter Todd III was charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangering.
His was set at $45,000, and his initial appearance is scheduled for today in Kona District Court.
