Robert “Lopaka” James Farnham, 62, of Kona, died May 19 at Straub Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, he worked at Walmart and was a groundskeeper at Holualoa Villas in Kona. Toshiyasu Kishimoto, 96, of Hilo died May 29 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Papaaloa, he was a retired carpenter, retired from University of Hawaii Auxiliary Services, patriarch of Two Ladies Kitchen, member of Hilo Hooganji Mission, Hui Okinawa, Piihonua Kumiai and Carpenters Union Local 745. Visitation 4-5:30 p.m. Saturday June 30, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Memorial service at 5:30 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Lucille Gonsalves Sesson, 85, of Pahala died June 2 at Ka‘u Hospital in Pahala. Born in Hawaii, she was a retired hostess for Volcano House restaurant, cashier for the former Curio Shop in Volcano, owner of the former L & G’s Laundry and member of Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
