Big Island residents will be able to view four U.S. Air Force fighter jets Thursday and Friday as the Hawaii Air National Guard conducts training exercises.
The National Guard will position four F-22 Raptor aircraft at Hilo International Airport during logistics training exercises Thursday through Saturday. Residents are advised that more air traffic during those days is expected.
A public viewing of the planes will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the east end of the Hilo International Airport terminal.
