Rosita “Aunty Rosie” “Sweetheart” Andaya Bufil, 80, of Hilo died Nov. 2 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honokaa, she was a retired asset protection host/greeter for Hilo Walmart and secretary at Alu Like of Hilo. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 8) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Floyd “Chappy” Edgar Chapman Jr., 79, of Keaau died Nov. 21 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Portsmouth, Ohio, he was a truck driver for Mihara Transfer, small engine mechanic for Garden Exchange, KPUA Radio disc jockey “Night Owl,” U.S. Air Force special forces sergeant and member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Post 60.
