Police apprehended 26-year-old William Sullivan, who was the subject of a wanted bulletin.
Sullivan was arrested Sunday morning in Leilani Estates after a tip from the subdivision’s Neighborhood Watch.
He was booked on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, resisting an order to stop and driving without a license.
