Tranquilino A. Llantero, 86, of Hilo died June 3 at the Sutter Tracy Community Hospital in Tracy, Calif. Born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was a self-employed farmer and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Thursday (June 20) at the Dodo Mortuary chapel.
