Health fair slated in West Hawaii

The Akamai Living Health Fair (West Hawaii) is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at the Old Kona Airport Park Events Pavilion (Maka‘eo) in Kailua-Kona.

The county Department of Parks and Recreation Elderly Activities Division, in collaboration with HMSA, is hosting this event to highlight community resources and services available to older adults. This free public health fair is open to all ages and will include health screenings, flu shots and various health demonstrations. There will also be bingo, door prizes and entertainment.
