Big Island residents shine
The Healthcare Association of Hawaii honors outstanding members of the health care industry each year during its awards gala. This year, there were three Big Island award recipients. From right, both earning the Legislator of the Year award, are state Sens. Joy San Buenaventura and Russell Ruderman. They are accompanied by Brenda Ho, with Hawaii Care Choices, who was given the Advocacy Award.
