The 16th annual Keaau Christmas Lighted Parade was Saturday evening, Dec. 14. This years parade theme was “A Plantation Christmas.”

Among the entries were marching bands, three sizes of floats, classic cars, horses, Mayor Harry Kim and Santa Claus.

The Grand Marshall was 96-year-old Pedro Haspe, a retired supervisor of the Ola‘a Sugar Plantation. Co-Grand Marshall was the 2019 13U Pony World Series champions.

Parade organizers thank everyone who participated and look forward to next year. The 2020 parade is slated for Dec. 12.
