Penney, member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou, Pepeekeo Senior Club, Aunty Sally’s Seniors and Serenaders, Red Hat Society, Halau O Mailelaulani, Ukulele Mo’ Fun Band and volunteer for Hawaii Police Department, Hilo Downtown Association and was a Grandmother of the Year. John “Rip” Joseph Repasky, 90, of Kailua-Kona died June 10 at home.
