Born in Puunene, Maui, he was the retired owner of the former Men’s Shop, a U.S. Army veteran and member and past-president of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii East Hawaii Hiroshima Kenjinkai, 2/10 Golf Club and numerous other organizations. Jason “J” Kawika Feliciano, 41, of Kapaau died May 24, 2020 at home.
