Tampering
This is a poem I wrote about the problem with the U.S. Postal Service.
Tampering with the U.S. federal mail
is a crime that could land you in jail,
especially on my dime.
Political tampering to cause hampering
of U.S. mail delivery is causing
our citizens misery.
To do it for political purpose makes it
even more worse,
to slow the flow of the vote to go is an
immoral course.
It is very obvious the political goal here
is to block the voting for your peers,
especially since the time to vote is so near.
The internal damage done by the political ploy
is a fault of appointed DeJoy,
Trump’s man to help Trump destroy our land
to insure his dictatorial stand.
The short time we have now left is too late
to fix Sabotage Gate,
the mail right now is at least one week late,
it will be worse at the voting date.
Behind our view Trump did his dirty do
to put in voting glue to stop you
to cause him to loose.
This is how a dictator does his deed
to fulfill his ego’s need,
a bipolar, sociopathic guy needs to (fill in the blank).
What a “leader” says and does is an important path
to help the nation’s act,
but the fact is that our president is bad at that.
So far Trump is not our star
but he seems to be immune to political burn.
How about it’s his turn at COVID-19’s physical burn?

Withdraw complaint
It is sad to see Hawaiians putting their names forward in an ethics complaint against the Maunakea protest camp and its peaceful demonstration against the Thirty Meter Telescope project.
Despite the heavy support around the island, state and the world, one can only wonder if these Hawaiians are truly Hawaiian and understand the history that has set off this movement.
The right thing for these Hawaiians to do is to recognize how they are being used and manipulated and to withdraw from their ethics complaint, now.

Voting concerns
In light the fact that our “illustrious” nonleader is purposely “working to eviscerate the U.S. Postal Service by firing top managers and changing rules to slow delivery down so many ballots don’t get delivered, returned or properly postmarked,” I suggest that every voter deliver their completed/signed ballots to either an Voter Service Center or a county ballot drop-box.
If unable to do so themselves, have family, friends, etc., do so for them. And the Elections Office should make the drop-boxes available much sooner than one week before the election.
