Fredie Sulquiano Domingo, 42, of Kapaau died Sept. 14 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Marcos, Ilocos Norte, he was an assistant manager for a printing company in Dubai, insurance agent for Fil-Am Life Insurance Company, call center operator, and member of St. Padua Catholic Church in the Philippines.
