Fredie Sulquiano Domingo, 42, of Kapaau died Sept. 14 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Marcos, Ilocos Norte, he was an assistant manager for a printing company in Dubai, insurance agent for Fil-Am Life Insurance Company, call center operator, and member of St. Padua Catholic Church in the Philippines. Mass 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hawi. Seating limited; mask and social distancing required.
