Seichi Yabushita, 89, of Papaikou died Oct. 2 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Papaikou, he worked at The Salvation Army, was part of their brass band, taught Bible classes, worked in their restaurant, the Waioli Tea Room, was a mentor with the Youth Crusade ministry and member of The Salvation Army Hilo Temple Corps.
