Clemente “Celino” Cabanilla Andaya, 77, of Hilo died July 7 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Sucoc, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he worked for the former Hamakua Sugar Co. and was a proprietor ginger and taro farmer. Visitation 5-6:30 p.m. Sunday (July 18) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake Services at 7 p.m.Visitation again 9-10 a.m. Monday (July 19) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Gary Itsuo Inouye, 62, of Clearfield, Utah, formerly of Hilo, died September 14, 2020, in Clearfield. Born in Captain Cook, he was a mechanic technician for Sunbelt Rentals.
