She was director for STARBASE Hawaii in Keaau and hula student of hula student of the late kumu hula Irenio “Ab” Kawainohoikala‘i Valencia and Halau Kalehuaki‘eki‘e‘ika‘iu., with a graduate of Marquette University and had a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. Celebration of life 4:30-8:30 p.m. Friday (July 16) at Kilauea Military Camp, Lehua Room in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. No flowers.
