Police are seeking the public’s assistance to find 53-year-old Eric Carl-Smith of Pahoa, who was reported missing.
Carl-Smith was last seen on Sunday, walking in the area of Apaa Road and Pahoa Village Road in Pahoa. When last seen, he was wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, blue jeans and slippers.
Carl-Smith is described as Caucasian with a tan complexion, 5-foot-9 inches tall, 200-225 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He’s known to frequent Puna and Honokaa.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
