The University of Hawaii announced on May 17 that COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the student health clearance requirements for the fall semester.
Students who are not fully vaccinated will have to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing if they plan to be on a UH campus.
The details about
the free student COVID-19 testing program will be announced next week.
More than 92% of UH students and 95% of UH employees of the 10-campus system have been vaccinated for COVID-19, or have plans to be vaccinated, according to surveys administered by the UH Vaccination Team in June.
