Ricardo Derasin Agpalza, 67, of Hilo died Sept. 10 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired production supervisor for the former Hawaii Electric Light Co. George Rodney Garcia, 85 of Pearl City, Oahu, Aug. 12 at home.
